This company was able to come same day to my house after a I had a plumbing fiasco with my outdoor sprinkler system. Albert, the technician who was assigned the job was was personable, friendly, extremely professional and got here quickly. The city had to do an emergency shut off of my water the night before and the parts I bought for the plumber to install were not the correct ones. Instead of leaving, he dug everything up and installed a shut off valve so I could get my home’s water turned back on. I was able to get correct parts over the weekend and Albert came back immediately and finished the job. The work was high quality, efficient and priced reasonably. I actually have heard horror stories regarding plumbers who will try and take you for everything you have but that was definitely not the case here. I am very pleased with the work that was completed. He even did a stellar clean up job, it looks nicer than before he arrived. Thank you Albert and Paradise Plumbing. I will definitely be calling you again with my next plumbing issue.

Called first thing this morning and was able to have someone out at 9a to fix bathroom plumbing issues. Luis was kind and was patient while we tried to troubleshoot the issue in the apartment building. Turned out my across the hall neighbor was having the same problem and we ended fixing everything in one go. And also taught me why drano is bad. The guys serviced another plumbing fixture December 2019. When I called, it was not a crisis and I was flexible on the service date. Nevertheless, the dispatcher sent Bert over that morning and the work was done quickly and professionally. Bert checked for the performance of certain gaskets and recommended replacements. Well done. I recommend Paradise Plumbing very highly.

Ruben came out because both of our kitchen sinks were full of water and we thought the garbage disposal was broken. But the sink was clogged. He kept everything clean and cleaned out the sinks and unclogged the drain. Very nice and great service! Totally recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Henry and Paul when they installed my new water heater. From start to finish, they were professional, and friendly. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood how the system worked before they left. The installation was done quickly and neatly, and they left the space cleaner than they found it. Will call back for all future plumbing needs!

Fredy was the best!! We needed a pipe cleanout because of sewage backup and he showed up very quickly and did a great job. Freddy and Jeremy came out and did amazing work. They cleared my moms toilet and got her bathroom up and running and even cleaned up afterwards. I would welcome both back into my home any time. These guys are why triple a plumbing paradise is always my go to.

We had the most amazing experience with AAA Paradise plumbing last week! They were professional, trustworthy and extremely thorough. We had a sewer back up and another company whom we have always used came out and gave us a quote that was crazy expensive. I decided to get a second opinion and so glad I did! Paradise was honest and did such an amazing job. It took longer than they thought it would (the build-up was extremely thick), but they didn’t give up and worked until after 8pm to get the best outcome possible. Their prices were fair too. I will use them from now on for all our plumbing needs and continue to recommend them again and again!

Richard did a fantastic job fixing a failing kitchen faucet in an efficient and cost-effective manner. He explained the problem and options to me, as well as options to save money on a new fixture. He was very thorough and careful in his work and was very professional. I would highly recommend him. The problem was really urgent and the response time was really quick on a Saturday morning.

My dad and I busted a check valve/pipe on my washer and dryer connection while trying to fix a leak on our own...at 7pm. I called Paradise Plumbing and Mekenna answered the phone right away; she was knowledgeable and super helpful on the phone. She sent a team member out that night for after hours/emergency service. Richard showed up and was very professional and reasonable explaining our options. Paradise ended up doing two jobs at my new (fixer upper) house within the next 24 hrs and they were great! Our water heater went out on a Sunday. AAA Paradise was the only company who had someone available to respond. A young man named Fred came out. He was the most courteous person we have met in a very long time. Fred worked Sunday afternoon to drain and remove the leaking water heater but did not have a new one available until Monday morning. He capped off the gas line so that we could still use the stove and heater. Fred came back and worked until 6:30 pm restructuring the closet and replumbing the new water heater. He had to crawl under the house several times without complaining. We are very impressed with Fred and his hard work to address all of our concerns. We will definitely call AAA Paradise Plumbing for all future plumbing needs. We are very satisfied. And again, Fred was a great ambassador for this company.

Excellent tech! Had an issue with the toilet moving around and Richard explained what the problem might be (a few scenarios). Thankfully it was the less expensive fix. Ruben was the only one to come over and help get my toilet working. My property management wanted me to wait 24 hours so it would be cheaper but it’s the only bathroom in the house. He got it up and running in 15 minutes. He drove out from Oxnard and no one else would. Bless this man

I called AAA Paradise Plumbing & Rooter on Friday about a clogged main line and they scheduled me for a visual inspection first thing on Monday morning. They gave me a quote and unclogged the line by Monday afternoon. Would definitely call them again.

Ruben truly did an amazing job and went above and beyond my expectations. What seemed like a fairly simple job of installing a new trap, disposal and faucet turned out to open pandoras box caused by years of shoddy repairs. Every aspect of the repair turned out to be very difficult because of the old patchwork of fittings and pipes. Ruben was super patient, professional, neat and thorough. When most guys probably would have packed up and left he figured out a way to get the job done and saw it through until the end. And he was here for a long time! Richard and his supervisor Jeremy did an awesome job hydrojetting my lines. What I liked most is that they actually showed me the before and after of my pipes—the difference was night and day! Before, they were clogged up and dirty, and afterwards the line looked spotless and completely clear. These guys were truly a life saver, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Sunday night, 7:00 pm, my sewer backs up into my house. I called everyone, Paradise was the only one who called me back. They came in 15 minutes. They got me flowing for the night but the camera revealed it was time to replace the two lines. I knew this day was coming. Richard was professional and honest and he told me they could have it finished by Wednesday so I could go on vacation Thursday. He upheld his promise. They worked well into long days. I was so impressed by how hard they worked and they relayed back to me how the project was progressing. I was so grateful for their hard work and professionalism. I kept telling them they were my angels. They were able to get the project completed, site cleaned up, cement poured by Wednesday night. I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future. Great group of guys, great company!

Fredy did an amazing job on several plumbing issues at our house. From replacing most of the old pipes to angle stops and installing a new kitchen faucet. He was thorough, documented and explained the issues so we could make an informed decision, and was very professional throughout. Everything he did is working beautifully! After a home improvement project led to gushing water from under the kitchen sink and a broken off handle on the water heater, I called AAA for emergency help. Richard showed up quickly and fixed everything in under 2 hours including installing new piping on the water heater. He did a great job and was very professional. Can’t thank him enough for repairing what I was trying to fix!

My experience was amazing. Fred came out the same day after hours and diagnosed my water heater issues. He gave me the information for all our options, talked me through everything. Then came out the next day for a replacement. Fred and Alex were super quick and thorough. Cannot recommend enough.
